Something different to do in Dharamsala, Mcleodganj, BhagsuNag is Meditation and Yoga: – If you want to something different in Mcleodganj then one of the best things is to learn about Buddhism.  There are four basic Nobel Truths acting as base of Buddhism and they are:-

1)      Suffering: – Birth, disease, company of unpleasant, separation from pleasant and loved ones is suffering, not able to fulfill desires; old age and death are suffering.

2)      Cause: – Any desire for corporeal pleasures or ones existence and extermination or the craving for materialistic things or such other things leads to birth and rebirth and which ultimately cause suffering.

3)      End of Suffering: – It is the entire elimination of such desires, the abandonment of it, the freedom and liberation from desires is the end of suffering.

4)      Middle Way: – Middle way is the Eightfold course consisting of right concentration, right mindfulness, right thoughts, right understanding, right speech, right endeavor, right action and right livelihood.

These four Truths are Universal in every situation. Buddha simply discloses these Truths which are unknown to humankind and which positively energies human soul. There are many institutions in Mcleodganj and BhagsuNag offering courses in Buddhism Meditation and Yoga.
